Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States/Canada: 2-7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. You can track your package using the tracker on our website.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Restrictions

Some oversized or fragile home décor items may have shipping limitations or additional handling fees. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
